Disamping itu, buku ini juga mengajarkan tentang energi Gibbs reaksi standar dan konstanta kesetimbangan serta perhitungannya dari data-data termodinamika serta bagaimana menentukan komposisi kesetimbangan untuk campuran gas dan untuk campuran cairan yang mengalami satu atau lebih reaksi kimia.
