Project Title: Trusted Data Acquisition and Sharing Infrastructure for Responsible Smart City Initiatives
Smart cities aim to improve citizens' quality of life by optimizing services and resources, while promoting economic growth and innovation through technology. Smart cities collect and analyze data from various sources (sensors, mobile devices, and social media) to improve urban operations, identify trends, and boost public engagement and transparency. This research focuses on developing infrastructure concepts for reliable data acquisition and sharing for responsible smart city initiatives. It includes four collaborative work packages (WPs) developed by ITS, ITB, and NTU.
Presented below are programs from the Smart City Work-Package (WP) to be executed throughout this four-year project.
