The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) INSPIRASI ITS is an implementing unit established to ensure the effective, efficient, and coordinated implementation of the INSPIRASI RISPRO Funding Program within the Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya. The PIU plays a strategic role in managing, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of research and innovation projects under the INSPIRASI umbrella.

The establishment of the PIU aims to ensure the achievement of program targets, both technically and administratively. The PIU's scope of work includes cross-stakeholder coordination, including internal ITS stakeholders, partner higher education institutions (NTU, UI, UGM, and ITB), relevant ministries (Kemendiktisaintek and LPDP Kemenkeu), and the industrial sector. Furthermore, the PIU is responsible for supporting research activities, reporting, financial management, and procurement of materials needed during program implementation.

Through this PIU, ITS is committed to fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, integrating research and technology, and achieving tangible impact in the areas of sustainability, clean energy, and transforming the academic ecosystem.
