Surabaya, Indonesia \u2013 Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) kembali menorehkan prestasi di kancah internasional dengan berhasil mengirimkan 8 mahasiswa dari program Teknik Informatika S1 International Undergraduate Program (IUP) untuk mengikuti Program Double Degree di University of Queensland (UQ), Australia. Langkah ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen ITS dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan memberikan pengalaman internasional bagi mahasiswanya.<\/p>\n

Program Double Degree yang dijalani oleh para mahasiswa ITS ini memungkinkan mereka untuk mendapatkan dua gelar sarjana sekaligus, baik dari ITS maupun dari UQ, dalam waktu yang lebih singkat. Ini adalah kesempatan emas bagi mahasiswa untuk memperluas wawasan dan meningkatkan kompetensi mereka di tingkat global.<\/p>\n

Di University of Queensland, para mahasiswa ITS mendapatkan kesempatan untuk belajar dengan menggunakan kurikulum dan metode pengajaran yang berbeda. Mereka juga memiliki akses ke fasilitas penelitian yang canggih dan kesempatan untuk berinteraksi dengan mahasiswa serta akademisi dari berbagai negara. Ini tidak hanya memperluas jaringan profesional mereka tapi juga memperkaya pengalaman pribadi dan kultural mereka.<\/p>\n

ITS memberikan dukungan penuh kepada para mahasiswanya, mulai dari proses aplikasi hingga penyesuaian di lingkungan baru. Program pendampingan juga disediakan untuk memastikan bahwa mahasiswa dapat mengatasi tantangan akademik dan kehidupan sehari-hari di Australia.<\/p>\n

Dengan pengalaman dan gelar ganda dari dua institusi pendidikan terkemuka, para mahasiswa ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pemimpin masa depan yang mampu berkontribusi pada pengembangan teknologi dan masyarakat di Indonesia serta di kancah internasional. Kesuksesan mereka juga diharapkan dapat memotivasi mahasiswa ITS lainnya untuk mengejar peluang serupa dan meraih impian mereka.<\/p>\n

Selain berkolaborasi dengan University Of Queensland, Teknik Informatika ITS juga menjalin kerja sama Double Degree dengan beberapa universitas lain. Saat ini 5 mahasiswa dari Teknik Informatika ITS sedang mengikuti program Double Degree di Fontys University Belanda, 6 mahasiswa di Asia University Taiwan, 4 mahasiwa di Universitas Teknologi Petronas Malaysia, dan 12 mahasiswa di Tomsk State University Rusia.<\/p>\n

Kesuksesan pengiriman 8 mahasiswa Teknik Informatika S1 IUP ITS ke University of Queensland untuk mengikuti Program Double Degree merupakan bukti nyata dari komitmen ITS dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mempersiapkan lulusannya untuk bersaing di tingkat global.
