Abstract
Personal Branding for students should be started at the earliest time for assurance of keeping a good track of soft skills through the end of his/her study. Besides the normal and standard subjects, The Education Institution need to equip their students – through the extra subjects, students’ society, general lectures from visitors etc – any that will enrich and shape the students to build their own personal branding.
Through the years Personal Branding will become a character that is unique for each and lessen the gap of skills required from the Company. Personal Branding will never end and keep progressing which makes someone stands out from the rest. The Ideal Company need no common grads.
