Progress Report (Hardcopy 1 (one) copy);<\/li>\n<li>b. Final Diary (Upload SIMPel and Hardcopy 1 (one) copy);<\/li>\n<li>c. Final Report (Upload SIMPel and Hardcopy of 1 (one) copy);<\/li>\n<li>d. Original Shopping Responsibility Statement (SPTB) with a stamp duty of Rp. 6000 (Upload SIMPel and Hardcopy of 1 (one) copy);<\/li>\n<li>e. Copy of 100% Financial Statement (Hardcopy 1 (one) copy);<\/li>\n<li>f. Activity Outcomes (Upload SIMPel).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\" start=\"2\">\n<li>Abmas Report Documents:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>a. Activity Outcomes (Upload SIMPel).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\" start=\"3\">\n<li>Report Format and Daily Notes (Log Book) can be downloaded at <a href=\"https:\/\/intip.in\/unduhtemplatelaporan\"><strong>https:\/\/intip.in\/unduhtemplatelaporan<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>The procedure for uploading a Report and Statement of Expenditure Responsibility (SPTB) via SIMPel can be downloaded ati <a href=\"https:\/\/intip.in\/kumpulanpanduan\"><strong>https:\/\/intip.in\/<\/strong><strong>kumpulanpanduan<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<li>The deadline for uploading via SIMPel ITS is no later than November 30, 2020, 23.59 WIB.<\/li>\n<li>Collection of hardcopy Reports and Statements of Expenditure Responsibility (SPTB) submitted to the respective departments\/work units no later than November 30, 2020.
