Based on the 2020 Ministry Fund Research and Community Service Funding Agreement Article 7 paragraph 4 and paragraph 5, we hereby respectfully request that you please convey to the implementers of these activities in their respective work units (list attached), to upload and submit Research Activity Reports and Community Service (Abmas) ITS Department Funds for 2020 by taking into account the following matters:<\/p>\n

1.Research Report Documents:
\na. Final Diary (Upload SIMPel and Hardcopy 1 (one) copy);
\nb. Final Report (Upload SIMPel and Hardcopy of 1 (one) copy);
\nc. Original Shopping Responsibility Statement (SPTB) with a stamp duty of Rp. 6000 (Upload SIMPel and Hardcopy of 1 (one) copy);
\nd. Copy of 100% Financial Statement (Hardcopy 1 (one) copy);
\ne. Activity Outcomes (Upload SIMPel)<\/p>\n

2. Abmas Report Documents:
\na. Final Diary (Upload SIMPel and Hardcopy 1 (one) copy);
\nb. Final Report (Upload SIMPel and Hardcopy of 1 (one) copy);
\nc. Original Statement of Shopping Responsibility (SPTB) stamped Rp 6000 (Upload SIMPel and Hardcopy 1
\n(one) copy);
\nd. 100% Original Financial Report (Hardcopy 1 (one) copy);
\ne. Activity Outcomes (Upload SIMPel).<\/p>\n

3. Report Format and Daily Notes (Log Book) can be downloaded at https:\/\/intip.in\/unduhtemplatelaporan<\/a>
\n4. The procedure for uploading a Report and a Statement of Expenditure Responsibility (SPTB) via SIMPel is downloaded at https:\/\/intip.in\/kumpulanpanduan<\/a>
\n5. The deadline for uploading via SIMPel ITS is no later than December 10, 2020, 23.59 WIB.<\/strong>
\n6. Collection of hardcopy of the Report and Statement of Expenditure Responsibility (SPTB) submitted to the respective Departments\/Work Units no later than December 10, 2020.
\n7. The completeness of the report documents is a requirement in the issuance of a Certificate of having carried out research \/ community service activities. ITS Department Fund 2020.<\/p>\n
