Department\/Faculty<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In connection with the acceptance of the Research and Community Service Program proposals for ITS Funds and the 2021 Batch 2 Work Unit above, we need to convey the following:<br \/>\n1. Proposals are made following the provisions of the 2021 ITS Fund Research and Community Service Guidelines (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/drpm\/beranda\/kumpulan-file-unduhan-2\/\">https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/drpm\/beranda\/kumpulan-file-unduhan-2\/<\/a>).<br \/>\n2. Proposals are submitted online through SIMPEL ITS. The technical proposal follows the Technical Guidelines for Proposing Research and Community Service Through SIMPEL ITS (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/drpm\/beranda\/kumpulan-file-unduhan-2\/\">https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/drpm\/beranda\/kumpulan-file-unduhan-2\/<\/a>).<br \/>\n3. Submission of proposals is open until <strong>May 19, 2021 at 16.00 WIB.<\/strong><br \/>\n4. The Chief Researcher\/Implementer who will register lecturers and\/or staff as team members must obtain approval from the person concerned through SIMPEL ITS.<br \/>\n5. Ratification is carried out online by the Dean\/Head of Department\/Unit Leader and Director of DRPM ITS until May 20, 2021 at 12.00 WIB.<br \/>\n6. Each work unit prepares a ceiling allocation and appoints at least 4 (four) names of reviewers who will be assigned to the process of implementing the proposal selection funded by the Faculty \/ Department \/ Work Unit. It is hoped that the letter of appointment of the name of the reviewer has been received by the DRPM on 07 May 2021 via e-office.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">In order for this information to be known and utilized by the lecturers \/ staff, we ask that you please share this information with the lecturers \/ staff in your work unit.<br \/>\nThus, for your attention and cooperation, we thank you.
