In connection with the implementation of Research and Community Service Funds from the Ministry of Research and Technology\/BRIN in 2021, and based on Letter B\/112\/E3\/RA.00\/2021 dated February 18, 2021 concerning Announcement of Recipients of Research Funding in Higher Education for Fiscal Year 2021 and Letter Number B\/124 \/ E3\/RA.00\/2021 dated February 23, 2021 regarding the Announcement of Recipients of Funding for Community Service Funding at Universities for the 2021 Fiscal Year, we hereby convey an announcement to Lecturers who receive Research\/Community Service Grants (Abmas) Kemenristek\/BRIN Funds in 2021 regarding the signing of the research contract and abmas as follows:<\/p>\n

1. A guide to the procedure for signing a contract through SIMPel ITS can be obtained at https:\/\/s.id\/MekanismeKontrakDiSIMPeL<\/a><\/p>\n

2. Contract files can be downloaded at SIMPeL ITS through their respective accounts.<\/p>\n

3. Please check the contract file again and if there is a discrepancy between the data (the composition of the team members, nominal funds, and other data) with the data in SIMLITABMAS, please contact the contact person below.<\/p>\n

4. If there is a change in the Research Team\/Servant, it can be submitted via the form: https:\/\/s.id\/PergantianTim<\/p>\n

5. The contract file is printed in color, stamped and signed.<\/p>\n

6. The number of stamps required is Rp 10,000.00 stamp duty, 7 pieces, except for the WCR, PMDSU and PDD schemes which are 6 pieces.<\/p>\n

7. Documents that have been signed should be sent to the respective TU Department, which is then sent collectively by the TU staff to the ITS DRPM office, or can be sent by post addressed to: Director of the Directorate of Research and Community Service, Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS), Research Center Building Lobby Floor (L) Jl. Chemical Engineering, ITS Sukolilo Surabaya Campus 60111<\/p>\n

8. File submissions can be made from 17 to 21 May 2021 a maximum of 15.00 WIB.<\/p>\n

9. Disbursement of funds will be processed after the complete contract document file is received by DRPM ITS.<\/p>\n
