Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi capaian dan luaran dari program penelitian serta Abmas yang telah dilaksanakan para peneliti dan pengabdi di lingkungan ITS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Monev akan dilaksanakan selama dua hari, yakni pada:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><strong>Hari\/Tanggal<\/strong>: Senin &#8211; Selasa, 30 &#8211; 31 Desember 2024<\/li>\n<li><strong>Media<\/strong>: Zoom Meeting melalui tautan <a href=\"http:\/\/its.id\/monevBIMA\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">http:\/\/its.id\/monevBIMA<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Meeting ID<\/strong>: 926 3057 3336<\/li>\n<li><strong>Passcode<\/strong>: DRPM_ITS<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Dalam kegiatan ini, seluruh peneliti dan pengabdi diwajibkan memenuhi sejumlah persyaratan untuk memastikan kelancaran proses evaluasi. Berikut adalah hal-hal yang harus dipersiapkan:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Mengunggah <strong>Laporan Akhir<\/strong>, <strong>SPTB<\/strong>, <strong>Catatan Harian<\/strong>, dan <strong>Luaran<\/strong> ke platform BIMA dan SIMPel ITS.<\/li>\n<li>Mengirimkan <strong>Dokumen Technobrief<\/strong> melalui tautan <a href=\"https:\/\/its.id\/TechnobriefDRPM\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/its.id\/TechnobriefDRPM<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Menyiapkan <strong>Presentasi Laporan Akhir dan Luaran<\/strong> dengan durasi maksimal 10 menit untuk presentasi dan wawancara.<\/li>\n<li>Mengisi <strong>Daftar Hadir Monev<\/strong> melalui tautan <a href=\"https:\/\/its.id\/AbsenMonev2024\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/its.id\/AbsenMonev2024<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Menggunakan <strong>Virtual Background<\/strong> yang telah disediakan oleh panitia.<\/li>\n<li>Mengatur format penamaan saat monev dengan format: <strong>Room &#8211; Nama Ketua<\/strong> (contoh: 1 &#8211; Fadlilatul Taufany).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Melalui monev ini, ITS berharap seluruh penelitian dan Abmas dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata bagi masyarakat, sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Evaluasi ini juga menjadi salah satu upaya ITS untuk memastikan keberlanjutan penelitian dan Abmas yang relevan dengan kebutuhan nasional, sejalan dengan misi Kemendikbudristek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Seluruh peserta diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan kegiatan ini untuk menyampaikan hasil kerja mereka secara optimal.
