Based on the Agreement on Funding for the Implementation of Research and Community Service, ITS Funds and Funds for the Batch 2T.A 2021 Work Unit Article 7 paragraph 3 and paragraph 4, we hereby respectfully request that you please convey to the implementers of these activities in their respective work units. (list attached), to upload and submit Research Activity Reports and Community Service (Abmas) ITS Funds and 2021 Batch 2 Work Unit Funds by taking into account the following matters:

1. Softcopy of Research and Abmas Reports uploaded to SIMPEL ITS: (a) Final Report; (b) Final Daily Notes; (c) Original Statement of Expenditure Responsibility (SPTB) stamped Rp. 10,000; (d) Activity Outcomes;
2. Original Hardcopy of Research Report and Abmas submitted: (a) Progress Report; (b) Final Report; (c) Final Daily Notes; (d) Original Statement of Expenditure Responsibility (SPTB) with a stamp duty of Rp. 10,000; (e) Outcomes of Activities ; (f) 100% Financial Report Documents, for research schemes in the form of photocopies.
3. Report Formats, Log Books, and Report Binding Templates can be downloaded at https://intip.in/unduhtemplatelaporan
4. The procedure for uploading the Report and Statement of Shopping Responsibility (SPTB) via SIMPel can be downloaded at https://intip.in/kumpulanpanduan
5. The deadline for uploading via SIMPel ITS is no later than December 10, 2021, 23.59 WIB.
6. Collection of hardcopy reports according to point 2 above, submitted to the ITS DRPM Archives Depot, Research Center Building Floor 6, ITS Sukolilo Campus no later than December 15, 2021.
7. Collection of hardcopy of Research Reports and Abmas which are sourced from the funds from the Department/Work Unit are collected into each department/unit.
8. For the Abmas scheme, servants are required to upload video output via https://intip.in/VideoAbmasITS for further processing to be broadcast on
   Youtube DRPM ITS.
9. The completeness of the report documents is a requirement in the issuance of a Certificate of having carried out research / community service activities for the 2021 ITS Fund.
