receive SMS;<\/li>\n<li>The Microsoft Authenticator application or another authenticator app if already in use;<\/li>\n<li>A laptop\/computer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<strong>Activation Steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ensure your device is connected to the internet;<\/li>\n<li>Open a browser and go to <a href=\"https:\/\/portal.its.ac.id\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>portal.its.ac.id<\/strong><\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>Students should log in using their NRP username, while lecturers\/staff should use their NPP\/ITS email;<\/li>\n<li>Once the myITS Portal is open, find <strong>Office 365 Portal<\/strong> under the <em>Applications and Services<\/em> section;<\/li>\n<li>Log in using your ITS email and myITS password;<\/li>\n<li>When the <strong>\u201cKeep your account secure\u201d<\/strong> page appears, click <strong>Next<\/strong>, then click <strong>Next<\/strong> again until a QR code is displayed;<\/li>\n<li>Prepare your smartphone and install the Microsoft Authenticator from the Play Store or App Store;<\/li>\n<li>After installation, tap <strong>Accept \u2192 Continue \u2192 Select \u201cScan a QR Code\u201d<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>Point your phone camera at the QR code on your laptop screen and scan it;<\/li>\n<li>A number will appear on your laptop screen\u2014enter this number into the authenticator app;<\/li>\n<li>On some devices, the number appears in the authenticator app\u2014if so, enter that number on your laptop screen;<\/li>\n<li>If prompted with <strong>\u201cStay signed in?\u201d<\/strong>, check the box and click <strong>Yes<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>If the Microsoft 365
