The myITS account serves as a <strong>Single Sign-On (SSO)<\/strong> account, enabling access to various ITS services, including the myITS Portal, Microsoft 365, SIAKAD, and other ITS systems.[\/vc_column_text][dot_custom_title position_text=&#8221;left&#8221; title=&#8221;Requirements for Requesting a myITS Portal Password Reset&#8221;][\/dot_custom_title][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">To submit a myITS Portal password reset request, users must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>The user has attempted to recover their account using the <strong>Forgot Password<\/strong> feature on the myITS Portal, but the recovery process was unsuccessful.<\/li>\n<li>The request must be submitted to <strong>DPTSI<\/strong> through the <strong>Service Desk<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The request must be submitted by the account owner and cannot be made on behalf of another person.<\/li>\n<li>The user must provide the following information:\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Full name<\/li>\n<li>Student\/Employee ID (NRP\/NIP\/NPP)<\/li>\n<li>ITS email address<\/li>\n<li>A description or evidence of the issue encountered<\/li>\n<li>A copy of a valid identification document (Student ID card\/KTM or National ID card\/KTP) for identity verification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][dot_custom_title position_text=&#8221;left&#8221; title=&#8221;Service Workflow&#8221;][\/dot_custom_title][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The user attempts to recover their account using the <strong>Forgot Password<\/strong> feature on the myITS Portal login page.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u2502<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u25bc<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">If the account cannot be recovered using the <strong>Forgot Password<\/strong> feature, the user submits a password reset request to <strong>DPTSI<\/strong> through the <strong>Service Desk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u2502<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u25bc<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The LTSI Team verifies the submitted information and the user&#8217;s identity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u2502<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u25bc<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The LTSI Team processes the myITS Portal password reset<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u2502<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u25bc<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The LTSI Team notifies the user once the myITS Portal password reset has been completed<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u2502<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u25bc<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The user can access the myITS Portal using the newly reset password<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][dot_custom_title position_text=&#8221;left&#8221; title=&#8221;Frequently Ask Question (FAQ)&#8221;][\/dot_custom_title][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Do I need to verify my identity?&#8221;]Yes.
