title=&#8221;Zoom Webinar Request Requirements&#8221;][\/dot_custom_title][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-section-id=\"19iomuq\" data-start=\"124\" data-end=\"213\">The applicant must be a member of the ITS academic community or a work unit within ITS.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1v1qvwp\" data-start=\"214\" data-end=\"324\">The request must be submitted before the scheduled event date in accordance with the applicable regulations.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1wyoz6d\" data-start=\"325\" data-end=\"430\">The event schedule must be checked to ensure it does not conflict with other Zoom Webinar reservations.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1oerx7v\" data-start=\"431\" data-end=\"627\">The applicant must provide the required supporting documents, including:\n<ul data-start=\"508\" data-end=\"627\">\n<li data-section-id=\"kr94qd\" data-start=\"508\" data-end=\"565\">An assignment letter or request letter (if applicable).<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"pexyvn\" data-start=\"568\" data-end=\"595\">An event flyer or poster.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"r48j1r\" data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"627\">Complete event information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"aymsod\" data-start=\"628\" data-end=\"724\">The requested webinar must be an official event organized by an ITS work unit or organization.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"17qfi6o\" data-start=\"725\" data-end=\"863\">The request will be processed only after all required information and supporting documents have been submitted and verified as complete.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"q343qz\" data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"1038\">Approval for the use of a Zoom Webinar is subject to the discretion of the LTSI Team based on the completeness of the submitted documents and webinar schedule availability.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"12axlvc\" data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1144\" data-is-last-node=\"\">The Zoom Webinar link will be sent to the registered email address after the request has been approved.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jd5jrk\" data-start=\"123\" data-end=\"196\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][dot_custom_title position_text=&#8221;left&#8221; title=&#8221;How to Request a Zoom Webinar&#8221;][\/dot_custom_title][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-section-id=\"sq2vt9\" data-start=\"120\" data-end=\"257\">Before submitting a Zoom Webinar request, check the webinar schedule availability through the <strong data-start=\"217\" data-end=\"233\">Zoom Webinar<\/strong> menu on the ITS Portal.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"kxodhs\" data-start=\"258\" data-end=\"380\">Once you have confirmed that the desired schedule is available, prepare and complete all required supporting documents.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"14duraj\" data-start=\"381\" data-end=\"519\">Submit your Zoom Webinar request through the ITS Portal by completing the request form and uploading the required supporting documents.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"zgfeq\" data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"596\">The LTSI Team will review the submitted request and supporting documents.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"mfc7rm\" data-start=\"597\" data-end=\"700\">If the request meets all applicable requirements, the LTSI Team will verify and approve the request.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1frqhqz\" data-start=\"701\" data-end=\"837\" data-is-last-node=\"\">Once the request has been approved, the Zoom Webinar link will be sent to the email address registered during the submission process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][dot_custom_title position_text=&#8221;left&#8221;
