The myITS account serves as a Single Sign-On (SSO) account, providing access to various ITS services, including the myITS Portal, Microsoft 365, SIAKAD, and other ITS applications and services.[\/vc_column_text][dot_custom_title position_text=&#8221;left&#8221; title=&#8221;myITS Portal Password Reset Requirements&#8221;][\/dot_custom_title][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-section-id=\"emxyxw\" data-start=\"75\" data-end=\"239\">Users have attempted to recover their account using the <em data-start=\"135\" data-end=\"152\">Forgot Password<\/em> feature on the myITS Portal; however, the account recovery process was unsuccessful.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"5095hu\" data-start=\"241\" data-end=\"327\">Users must submit a service request through the Servicedesk addressed to DPTSI.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"gyi460\" data-start=\"329\" data-end=\"690\">The request must be submitted by the account owner and cannot be made on behalf of another person. The request must include the user&#8217;s full name, Student\/Employee Identification Number (NRP\/NIP\/NPP), ITS email address, a screenshot of the issue encountered, and a file of a valid Student Identity Card (KTM) or National Identity Card (KTP).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][dot_custom_title position_text=&#8221;left&#8221; title=&#8221;Sercive Workflow&#8221;][\/dot_custom_title][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Users attempt to recover their account using the Forgot Password feature on the myITS Portal sign-in page.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u2502<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u25bc<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">If the account recovery is unsuccessful, users submit a password reset request through the Service Desk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u2502<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u25bc<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">The LTSI Team verifies the submitted information.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u2502<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u25bc<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">The LTSI Team processes the myITS Portal password reset request.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u2502<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u25bc<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">The LTSI Team notifies the user once the password reset has been completed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u2502<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">\u25bc<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Users can sign in to the myITS Portal using their new password.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][dot_custom_title position_text=&#8221;left&#8221; title=&#8221;Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)&#8221;][\/dot_custom_title][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Do I need to complete identity verification?&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"169\" data-end=\"348\">Yes. Identity verification is required to ensure that the password reset request is submitted by the legitimate account owner before the password reset process is carried out.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;How long does the password reset process take?&#8221;]Once the password has been reset, the system requires approximately <strong data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"494\">5\u201310 minutes<\/strong> to synchronize before the new password can be used to access myITS Portal.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Can I request a password reset for someone else&#8217;s account?&#8221;]No. Password reset requests must be submitted by the account owner and are subject to identity verification.
