The domain application will be processed in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA), with a maximum processing time of 2 (two) business days.<\/p>\n

If you need further assistance, you may also contact the ITS Service Desk, which will forward your inquiry to DPTSI if necessary.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What if I already own a domain and want to use it on an ITS server?”]This is not permitted. ITS domains<\/strong> can only be used for services hosted on ITS servers<\/strong>.
