REQUIREMENTS/WARNINGS

• The website or application must already be created or ready to use before applying request for a domain or hosting

• Make an application letter addressed to the Director of DPTSI and has been signed by Head of Department (Kadep, Sekdep, Dospem, etc.), and includes data on the person in charge of the domain application (name, ITS email, No. HP).
• Fill the online form by request domain services, web hosting, VPS, and Colocation Server (e-ticket).
