The myITS Portal Password Reset service enables users to reset the password of their myITS account when they are unable to sign in to the myITS Portal due to a forgotten password or an invalid password.
This service is intended to restore secure access to the user’s myITS account after their identity has been successfully verified. The myITS account serves as a Single Sign-On (SSO) account, providing access to various ITS services, including the myITS Portal, Microsoft 365, SIAKAD, and other ITS applications and services.
Users attempt to recover their account using the Forgot Password feature on the myITS Portal sign-in page.
