Forgot Password for ITS Webmail Users
If you forget the password from your email, you can use the “Forgot Password” feature on this page: Forgot Password where you will be asked to enter an answer to the question when making an email. If you do not have questions to answer, then please come directly to the DPTSI office to be able to reset the password directly.
Forgot username
Forgot Username – If you only forget your username, you can contact DPTSI on PABX 1132 by entering your NIP and Full Name. Forgot Username & Password – Please come to DPTSI directly for us to share your username and reset your password.
Change your password periodically through email settings, to increase the security of information from your own e-mail and information security within the ITS.
