DPTSI has coordinated with the National Standardization Agency (BSN) to arrange a workshop of “Training for SNI ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Information Technology – Service Management – Part 1: Service Management System Requirements”. This training was held from November 15-19, 2021 in the DPTSI Training Room, 4th floor of Research Center Building, ITS Campus, Surabaya.
This SNI ISO training was attended by all LTSI-ITC staff and several Big Data staff. The training started at 08.00-15.00 WIB from Monday to Friday and the speakers was Budi Triswanto, Rizky Mulya Akbar, Azmi Zuhdi Fabian Nur, and Adlin Ichsan. The series of events on the first day was the presentation of material related to the Service Management System (SML), starting from clause 4 to clause 10, followed by a task simulation, so that participants were expected to really understand the material presented.
Hopefully with this training, DPTSI can improve ISO documents even better.
