The ITS Main Campus has an area of 187 hectares and continues to experience improvements and additions to its facilities.<\/h5>\n

Taman Melati Apartment is an apartment located in East Surabaya developed by PT Adhi Persada Properti. Based on the Cooperation Agreement between Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember and PT Adhi Persada Properti number 2362\/PKS\/ITS\/2022 Article 3 Paragraph 2.a, ITS can utilize existing residential units in Taman Melati Apartment, ranging from getting special prices for residential units, access to apartment facilities, to selling residential units.<\/h4>\n
