Dasar Pendirian DKPU-ITS<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Direktorat Kerjasama dan Pengelolaan Usaha (DKPU) ITS<\/strong> didirikan berdasarkan Peraturan Rektor Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember No. 26 Tahun 2019 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Sekretaris Institut, Direktorat, Biro, Kantor, Perpustakaan, dan Unit di lingkungan Intitut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. DKPU ITS merupakan unsur pengelola satuan usaha yang meliputi pengelolaan kerjasama profesional, Aset dan usaha mandiri.<\/p>\n

    DKPU-ITS sebagai Revenue Generator<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

    Sebagai bagian penting dalam mengembangkan dan melaksanakan strategi kerjasama dan manajemen bisnis di bawah Wakil Rektor IV, <\/span>DKPU-ITS memainkan peran strategis di ITS karena fungsinya sebagai <\/span>revenue generator <\/span>untuk ITS.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Peran<\/span> menjadi <\/span>revenue generator <\/span>ITS telah berjalan melalui berbagai kegiatan dalam lingkup kerjasama di bidang pendidikan, penelitian, pengabdian masyarakat, kerjasama profesional, dan kerjasama pemanfatan aset. Namun, dengan perubahan ITS menjadi Perguruan Tinggi Berbadan Hukum (ITS PTN-BH), maka lingkup penggalangan dan pengelolaan dana secara institusional menjadi lebih luas lagi, yang diharapkan dapat lebih meningkatkan kontribusi sumber-sumber pendapatan Non-APBN dan Non-PNBP dalam mendukung penyelenggaraan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Meskipun tugas yang dimiliki sangat berat, namun DKPU-ITS bertekad untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik dan berkolaborasi secara maksimal dengan semua pihak yang terlibat, baik di lingkungan internal ITS maupun dengan mitra eksternal yang telah dan akan bekerjasama dengan ITS. Harapannya, kontribusi ITS dari aspek komersial dan penunjang akan mengalami peningkatan signifikan.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Fungsi yang dijalankan DKPU-ITS<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

    Berdasarkan Peraturan Rektor Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Nomor 26 Tahun 2019 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Sekretaris Institut, Direktorat, Biro, Kantor, Perpustakaan dan Unit di Lingkungan Insitut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember, fungsi dari DKPU-ITS adalah:<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Perumusan perencanaan, tata kelola dan layanan kerjasama dan pengelolaan usaha.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Pengembangan, pengelolaan, dan evaluasi layanan usaha mandiri.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Pengembangan, pengelolaan, dan evaluasi layanan usaha kerja sama pemanfaatan aset.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Pengelolaan dan evaluasi kerja sama profesional dengan instansi pemerintah dan swasta.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Pelaksanaan evaluasi dan pelaporan penyelenggaraan program kerja subbidang kerjasama dan pengelolaan usaha.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
