INTEGRATED SERVICE CENTER OTK

Task

  1. Fostering, directing, and developing the competence and talents of personnel in the work unit.
  2. Organizing work programs and activities that are in line with policies within the scope of integrated services.
  3. Report the performance of work program results and activities within the scope of integrated services.
  4. Organizing excellent service within the scope of integrated services with the principles of bureaucratic reform and the integrity zone.

Function

The Integrated Service Center subsection performs the following functions:

  1. Integrated service management, monitoring and development.
  2. Implementation of bureaucratic reform in the sub-sector of public services.
  3. Realizing e-gevernance in various aspects of service.
  4. Integrated management of information through the integration of all information services.
  5. implementation of empowerment and packaging of information for the benefit of institutions and stakeholders.
  6. Implementation of supervision of information services to the public.
  7. Implementation of information services based on public information disclosure.
  8. Implementation of integrated, reliable, and collaborative information services through e-services.

The Integrated Service Center Subdivision is led by a Subdivision Head, who in carrying out his duties is responsible to the Head of the Bureaucratic Reform Implementation Division.
