NEW COLOUR ITS INTEGRATED SERVICES

Since being ratified in the latest ITS SOTK in early 2020, the ITS Integrated Service Center has started to pioneer services that are more optimal and integrated. Under the auspices of the General Bureau and Bureaucratic Reform, the Integrated Service Center or by another name the Integrarted Service Center (ISC) carries the vision of Excellent Service and Innovation. Not only focus on service planning, but also on the preparation of rooms that will later become the center of services. Even though they had occupied the makeshift space in the KPA building, the spirit of serving continued, especially during the current Covid-19 pandemic. The ISC room design emphasizes a modern concept with shades of blue and yellow. This colour was chosen to create a comfortable and elegant impression in providing excellent service at ITS.

The first year ISC provides several services including education services, student services and staffing services. Educational services are services for applications for legalized diplomas, transcripts, translations and certificates of graduation for alumni. Student services provide information related to student, entrepreneurship and career development. As for staffing services, ISC staff act as admin as well as providing information, assisting the process of updating data and monitoring on the E-LHKPN-KPK system for annual and periodic reports in ITS. For lecturers and education staff, if you need a work certificate, you can go through the ISC and all services are carried out online or online.

Hope for the future, the ISC service target is increasing from year to year with the support of staff who are professional, friendly and have a passion for work in pouring innovation ideas for speed, accuracy and ease of service.
