Over four days, the assessor team, consisting of academics and professionals in the field of medicine, conducted a series of reviews and evaluations. The activities included:
Review of Accreditation Documents: The assessors examined the accreditation documents containing information about the curriculum, facilities, and resources available to the program.
Interviews: The assessor team conducted interviews with faculty leaders, lecturers, students, alumni, and employers of graduates to gain a comprehensive understanding of the education quality and graduate outcomes.
Direct Observation: The assessors directly observed the learning process in classrooms, laboratories, and teaching hospitals to assess the effectiveness and quality of the supporting facilities.
Discussion and Recommendations: At the end of the visitation, the assessor team held a discussion with the faculty to provide feedback and recommendations for improvements to enhance the quality of education.
This activity is expected to provide a comprehensive overview of the quality of the Medicine and Professional Doctor Education Program, as well as assist the institution in its efforts for continuous quality improvement.
