The ITS Medical Center is a tangible manifestation of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember’s (ITS) commitment to the well-being of its academic community students, lecturers, and staff as well as the surrounding community. Originating from the ITS Health Clinic, which has been in operation since 1982, the facility was officially developed into the ITS Medical Center in 2006.
With improved facilities and medical personnel, the ITS Medical Center now offers a wider range of healthcare services: from routine check-ups and basic medical treatment to emergency care and health education programs. Its presence not only supports a healthy and conducive campus environment but also provides access to quality medical services for the eastern Surabaya community. Moreover, the ITS Medical Center is staffed with reliable and experienced healthcare professionals who are well-equipped to address medical issues according to their areas of expertise.
The general clinic provides medical consultations and physical examinations directly by general practitioners. It handles patients’ initial complaints and refers to specialist clinics if necessary.

The dental clinic offers services related to oral and dental health, such as check-ups, tartar cleaning, cavity treatments, and other complaints. All services are handled directly by professional dentists.
MCHC focuses on maternal and child health services. Services include 2D ultrasound, pap smear, breast self-exam, and other mother-child health care.
The psychology clinic at ITS Medical Center provides mental health services including psychological evaluations, individual counseling, couples and family therapy, and other mental health support.
Estetiderma at ITS Medical Center offers skin care services such as facial care, facial treatments, and rejuvenation to improve skin health, treat skin problems, and refresh your appearance.
The ITS Medical Center pharmacy provides prescribed medications and other health-related products to all clinic users.
The Emergency Unit at ITS Medical Center is ready to provide immediate medical care for urgent conditions requiring prompt attention.
Medical Center ITS is open Monday through Friday with the following operating hours:
BPJS patients: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM WIB
General patients (non-BPJS): 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM WIB
Pharmacy: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM WIB
Services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Yes, Medical Center ITS accepts BPJS with service hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM WIB, Monday through Friday.
Yes, Medical Center ITS can issue referral letters to hospitals and laboratories for patients who are medically indicated to require further treatment.
Medical Center ITS not only serves the ITS civitas academica but is also open to the general public around the campus.
That’s Right, there is a Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) for hypertension and diabetes mellitus established by BPJS Health. Prolanis participants benefit from regular health check-ups, monthly exercise sessions, and health education supporting sustainable chronic disease management.
Health history screening can now be done via the JKN Mobile app by following these steps:
Open the JKN Mobile app.
Click or search for the “Health History Screening” option.
Fill in the requested data and answer all questions.
The results will be displayed immediately after completing the screening.
Participants with screening results indicating risk are entitled to consult at the primary health care facility (FKTP) to receive further screening and assessment services.
