Not the only applicative product, but also its produce research journal. The research program in this department, support by four laboratory which has a different focus, i.e :
- Computer System and Automation Laboratory: research topic in this laboratory is Computerized Numerical Control dan Machine Tools, Large Scale Industries, Industrial Robotics, Intelligent Unmanned Vehicle, State Automation, Hardware In the Loop Simulation dan Program Mechatronics Technology Center.
- Basic Electronics Laboratory: this laboratory works in basic electronics about the component and measurement tools, also learning process, development and maintenance services for household tools with sensor technology.
- Applied Electronics Laboratory: Research topic in this laboratory is about disaster mitigation, conservation and renewal energy, robotics, industrial automation at UKM, agriculture, and farms.
- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Laboratory: Research topic in this laboratory is integration between control tools and SCADA based PLC. Program in this laboratory include practical, external/internal training, industrial visit, research, community service, internship and become competition organizer and participant.
