Student and Community Services is in charge to assist public and both domestic and overseas students with some aspects they need when they are studying at the university. Various sorts of accommodation are offered from a hall of residence to a hall of multi -purposes.

To support the learning process, ITS provides several units such as Central Library managing 54,320 book titles, Central Computing Unit, ITS Press or Publication, Sport Facilities, Language Center and General or Public Facilities.

Of particular interest is that ITS has a Language Center which now plays an important part because all students must go through this unit for intensive training in the English Language. This has to be done, since they must gain fluency in the language to support their professional needs, in which they have to reach a TOEFL score of 450 for undergraduates, 475 for postgraduates and 500 for doctorates.

Thus, every ITS graduate is expected to master the respected science and technology and, at the same time, to master English as a means for international communication.
